ADA Website Accessibility Litigation Presents High Risk to Online


Recently, there has been a sharp increase in the number of cases filed in the United States asserting violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) related to company websites.


These cases are also being filed against foreign-based companies selling products or services online in the United States through their website. Entrepreneurs can do a lot to minimize the risk and costs of an ADA lawsuit by taking the right precautions and being well prepared.
